Participating Broker Registration

Komark, Ltd./Trail Creek Development welcomes broker participation. In order to establish
a working relationship with you we have established  the following co-operative policy.

     1.  Prior to your client's initial visit to Trail Creek the attached registration form must be 
         completed and faxed to Dawn Veness, McColly Real Estate at 219-779-9396 or emailed to 
            DawnVeness@gmail.com.  Or you may fill out the form and bring it to the model with your 
         client ON THEIR FIRST VISIT.  This registration must be validated by the Trail Creek agent 
         at the model.  Be sure to ask the agent for a copy.  In the event that your client has
         visited Trail Creek or contacted an agent or staff member prior to your registration,
         Komark, Ltd. reserves the right to reject the registration and no commission will be paid.
         Once registered, your client is free to visit the models as often as they please. 
         Registrations are good for 120 days and may be renewed for a period of 1 year or
         2 additional times.

     2.  Commission will be paid at a rate of 2.5% less lot at closing to the brokerage/agent who
          procured a buyer. In order to be considered a procuring agent you must accompany the
          buyer/client to meet with a Trail Creek Representative and complete a Trail Creek contract
          form. You are welcome to add your company's addendums and riders,  however they will
          be subject to Komark Ltd's approval.
